Ravens outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy (groin), wide receiver/return specialist Devin Duvernay (hamstring) and starting left guard John Simpson (illness/shoulder), who were all questionable for the game, are all active for the Ravens tonight against the Cincinnati Bengals. Cornerback Marlon Humphrey, who was doubtful with a calf strain, is not.
But the biggest surprise is the Ravens making defensive lineman Broderick Washington, who has started five games this year, a healthy scratch. Washington has had a quiet year, making just 12 tackles and one sack in 10 games. Still, the Ravens signed Washington to a three-year, $17.5 million extension just over three months ago.
Left tackle Ronnie Stanley (knee), third quarterback Josh Johnson, guard Sala Aumavae-Laulu and inside linebacker Trenton Simpson (concussion) join Humphrey and Washington the inactive list.
Patrick Mekari is expected to start at left tackle in place of Stanley. Rock Ya-Sin will likely be in the lineup for Humphrey, although Ronald Darby could rotate in as well.
